
SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping on all orders over $75.00. We use USPS shipping services. 3 day priority shipping. Tracking numbers can be provided via valid email address.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our return (refund) / exchange policy lasts 30 days from the initial purchase date. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange past the 30-day point of sale.
To be eligible for a return (refund), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be either in the original packaging or accompanied with the original packaging.
To complete a return (refund), we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Provided the return criteria highlighted below has been met, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours of email notification.
Please be aware of the following as it is our intent to fully refund you in a timely manner, but there are instances of late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received a refund posted within 72 hours from email notification, please check your bank account if this was your payment method for a pending deposit (refund). Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Or contact your credit card company if this was the method of payment used on initial purchase, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

REFUND EXEMPTIONS
*Gift cards are exempt from being returned. *
*Aether Ozone units that have been modified in ANY way to function outside established manufactured specifications.
*Apparel modified in ANY manner outside our manufactured specifications.
*Damaged items that were solely the result of purchaser's misuse / neglect. Note *(Any items purchased that are received damaged in any way from our fulfillment shipping dept are exempt from this clause and are eligible for full refund or exchange.)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We will gladly replace items if they are found to be defective, damaged, or if another size is required other than the original purchased apparel size. If you are in need of an exchange of the same item for any of the above noted reasons, please send us an email at: support@brushybottomcamo.com
with a brief description of the reason for the exchange request along with a telephone number & contact name included in the email. Once the item in question for exchange has been received by our shipping / receiving fulfillment department, a replacement will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of the returned items delivery to the address below.

If the exchanged item was purchased as a gift but shipped directly to you, we will be more than happy to forward the exchanged item to the address of your gift recipient of your choosing, provided this is included in the email and is within the United States boundaries at no charge if the original purchase price was above $75.00 USD. This request MUST be in writing to be processed.
All full refunds will be processed directly back to the source of payment used upon purchase. No exceptions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, but will process from our home office within 24 hours of receipt of returned item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
